Annalan Taekwon-Do Dojang was created in February 1999 with the help and the good will of the principal of the Annala school Mr. Jari KULMALA and Mr. Thierry MEYOUR 5th Dan, Physical Education Teacher and International Taekwon-Do Instructor. The main objectives are:

- Teach Taekwon-Do techniques to juniors from 9 years old and up.

- Teach in ENGLISH to give the child a opportunity to hear and then learn this language.

- To keep teenagers out of the streets and give them a hobby based on respect, values and honor.

- To fight drugs and alcoholism in schools.

This program has been followed by many schools in Kaukajarvi as well as Hervanta. It is a one of a kind project that had great success on it's start, and that will continue for many years to come.

Over 50 members adults and children are registered nowadays, but the doors are open to anyone, willing to join.
