Thierry Meyour 5th Degree Black Belt

Black Eagle's Taekwon-Do head instructor started his martial arts training in 1976, by Judo in Lebanon under the supervision of Master Masanori Fukami 8th Dan ex coach of the French Olympic Team. In 1978 he started his Taekwon-Do training under Mr. Nabil Abou Zaraa, and got his junior Black Belt in 1982. In 1987 he left for Italy where he continued his training under Mr. Vicenzo Coteni 4th Dan. In 1988 he is promoted to senior 1st degree Black Belt. At age 17 he openes his first club in Rome, and teaches to a 60 people group. From that time everything went fast: 3 times Italian Champion under the US ACLI Federation, 1st in the Italian interstyle tournament, and many other titles. 1991 he goes to Switzerland and due to non ITF style clubs present, he switches to WTF. In 1992 he leaves for France where he introduces ITF again still participating in the WTF French team coaching. From 1 small club, the association now has 5 International instructors and is groing. In 1995, He is promoted to 4th degree by Gen. Choi Hong Hi and accepts the responsibilty to establish ITF in Lebanon. In 3 years Lebanon was able to send participants to the ITF World Championships in Russia, and the Euros Thessaloniki (Greece). At the end of 1998, he leaves Lebanon for Finland where he resides nowadays.

Thierry Meyour has given seminarsin many countries: Italy, England, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Lebanon

Thierry Meyour has given seminars to the Lebanese Military Police, The French Police Anti Terrorist Group(GIPN), Paris Public Transportation Intervention Group (GIPR), As well as the world famous Swiss BodyGuarding company PROTECTAS. He also was a body guard for many famous celebrities: King Fahed (Saudi Arabia), David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), as well as many french politicians (Their names cannot be stated by professional secret).

5th Dan in ITF Taekwon-Do.

1st Dan in WTF Taekwon-Do.

2nd Dan in Nihon Budo (Aikijutsu, IaiDo, Kenjutsu).
