We ask that you do not send your correspondence more than once. This means that w ask you not to send one copy by e.mail, one by copy by faxand one copy by post. If you feel unsure that your 1 copy has reached us then by all means send it by another method but tell us on the one sent by another method that you have sent already acopy by some other means.

We remind you that for Continental Championships you must have written permission from the ITF.

The ITF take no responsibility for incorrect details which are published in the newsletter for items submitted by members.

<ITF>

The ITF have the facilities to allow members to transact with their VISA cards. Visa may be used for all transactions , including certificates fees, but there is a surcharge of 4% on all transactions. Please quote your card number and expiry date to use this facility.

<ITF>

To avoid misunderstanding about what an examiner may and may not do, we print the following. A VIIth dan may not take a grading for someone who wishes to be promoted to VIth Dan, even if it is a grading by a panel. There must be an VIIIth degree or higher present. Every examination for IVth dan and above must have ITF approval before it may go ahead. For every person who wishes to be promoted to IVth Dan or Higher the ITF must be notified in wi´riting at least 3 month in advance so that the period of waiting is checked. If the ITF have not been notified and you have not received a reply, then you cannot grade.
