Dear friends,  

We have then the great pleasure to invite all of you to the 3rd Black Eagle I.T.F Taekwon-Do Junior Interclub, on the 29th of October 2000.

- It is only a sparring competition.  

- The competition Fee will be 30,-/competitor. To be paid at 168235-11801 by the 15th of October 2000.

- Every club must send one or more black belts as judges. To keep the amateur spirit of our art, we will not pay any judge.  

- There will be no protest.  

- ATTENTION: The competitors must be insured, as the club does not take any responsibility for any incident.  

- Arrival will be at 8h00, competition starts at 09h00, and ends at 14h30.  

- Food will be available on the competition hall. You will be able to order Pizza. Please support our supplier.  

RULES:  

- Sparring area will be 7x7m.

- Decision will be made by raise of flags (red or blue).

- Disqualification will be made after 2nd  warning of heavy contact. We do not want to have any face incidents. PLEASE advise your students before the event.

- The ITF Suit (Blue pants, White shirt, Blue tie, Blue Blazer) will be worn by every judge. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THIS RULE.

- The following protectors will be obligatory for the up to 11y/o category: Head gear provided by our club

- Hand gear, Feet gear, Groin gear.

- The following protectors are facultative: Mouth gear, Tibia gear.

- Sparring time will be 2x2mns. or 2mns in case of little participation.

Categories:

Male:

Peewee (9-11y.o): Light, heavy

Juniors (12-17y.o): Light, heavy

Female:

Peewee (9-11y.o): Light, heavy

Juniors (12-17y.o): Light, heavy

We are testing a new system of categories. Instead of sending the category, just send the weight of your competitor. After receiving the whole participants forms, we will make an average, and create the 2 categories.
